Vanilla Ice Cream with Sweetened Wine Sauce

INGREDIENTS

500 dl milk

5 egg yolks

75 g sugar

1 vanilla branch split

2 g stabilizer

 

Sweet wine sauce: 1 bottle (750ml) red wine, 300 g sugar, 30 g mixed nuts: walnuts, almonds, raisins, cinnamon stick, orange rind.

 

METHOD

Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix and programe it for 6 minutes at 85º C, speed 4. Freeze.

 

Sweet wine sauce: Bring to a light boil and simmer to reduce the mixture until obtaining the consistency of a light syrup.

 

ASSEMBY: In a tulip cup, place a scoop of ice cream and serve the sauce in a small jug to pour over the ice cream to taste.
